Seasonal Cooking for January – Mid Summer – Southern Hemisphere.

Seasonal Cooking Mid Summer | A Life (Time) of Cooking | Vegetarian Recipes

And so to January, that peaceful month in Australia, where everyone is on holidays. It is slow moving as people take a long break – up to 4 weeks. Businesses close up, it is hard to find a place for a good cup of coffee, and it becomes unbelievably quiet on the roads.

I love this time of year.

Use the recipes below for inspiration for the summer climates – tomorrow we will focus on the winter climates at this time of year. Enjoy!
