Spring at last is entrenched in Adelaide with wonderfully mild weather tempered at times with a hot day reminding us of the summer to come. Lavishing us with gorgeous days around 25C it is a very special month of the year.

The Northern Hemisphere is tight in the grasp of Autumn and preparing for winter ahead. I thought that I would inspire you with some dishes just fabulously suited for your seasons. Some gentle dishes with the promise of summer for those in Spring, and recipes tinged with the tastes of Winter ahead for those enjoying Fall. Enjoy!
