Charred cherry tomatoes are great, and a change from oven roasted cherry tomatoes. Try this salad.
Charred Tomatoes Salad with Mint and Lime
Cook whole cherry tomatoes in a pan over high heat with olive oil until they brown slightly. Sprinkle with your favourite curry powder. Cool a little then toss with chopped arugula/rocket greens, lots of chopped mint, finely grated lime zest and lime juice.
