Cucumber Lassi | Indian Savoury Yoghurt Drink

Serves: 1 – 2 people, depending how you use it
3 cup Indian (Dahi) or Greek Yoghurt
2 cups peeled cucumber, chopped
1 Tblspn Lemon Juice
1 Tblspn chopped ginger
fresh green coriander leaves
fresh mint leaves
6 ice cubes
2 tspn cumin powder
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients except a few pinches of the cumin powder in a blender until nice and frothy. Add a little water if it needs it, and blend again. Serve chilled.
Use a combination of salt and black salt for a tangy lassi.
