Lassis are cooling drinks in the summer, refreshing yet satisfying. I often have a large lassi for breakfast. That is the case today – a quiet morning after a full week. Some fresh fruits and a grape lassi. The world is good!

Black Grape Lassi
100g black grapes, or more to taste
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup milk
1 Tblspn cream (optional)
6 – 8 ice cubes
1 – 2 tbsp jaggery or sugar
1 pinch salt
Mix ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and frothy. Serve chilled.
Add up to 1 Tblspn lime juice if you wish.
Enjoy! This is a wonderful version of the lassi.
