Cherry Tomatoes with Soy Dressing
Take some juicy cherry tomatoes and halve them. Place in a salad bowl. Toss with a mix of light soy sauce, a few drops of sweet soy sauce, toasted sesame oil and a handful of chopped coriander leaves. Its a gorgeous salad.
