There are some things that just go together. Like Figs and Almonds. Like Chickpeas, olive oil, lemon and parsley. Tomato and Basil. Take a combination that works, and it will give you endless dishes.

Roughly chop some chickpeas or lightly pulse them in a food processor – be careful, we are not making hummus. Toss the chopped chickpeas with parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon or lime juice and some chopped tomatoes.
