Mushrooms for Toast
Take a heap of mushrooms, cook with ghee or oil and butter and just a sprinkling of water. As they cook, strew with sea salt, black pepper and a fresh red chilli, finely diced. Add a pile of fresh new garlic, about half a head, sliced, and toss through. Leave the mushrooms to complete cooking and serve in a pile with fresh herbs chopped finely. Garnish with toast. Very Very delicious!
