Wombok and Radish Salad with Peanut Dressing | Nappa Cabbage Salad

Shred some Wombok, also known as Napa Cabbage or Chinese Cabbage. Thinly slice some red or white radishes, or shred them if you prefer.

Make a dressing of roasted peanuts, lime juice, peanut oil, green coriander, fresh or dried chilli, all mixed in a blender. Thin with water if required to obtain a dressing consistency.
