Summer time is the time for sweet refreshing herbal infusion teas of an evening. You can make them from ingredients that you have in your kitchen. This one came about on a hot summery night on the Island of Kauai.
A Tea to Complete a Summery Meal
Make an awesome tea of dried cranberries, some blackberry preserve for sweetening, and some fennel, cardamom and coriander seeds. Add boiling water, allow to seep for 5 to 10 mins, strain, drink. Perfect. Enjoy!
Of course, you can use any sweetner you prefer. Or leave it out – it is very sweet without a sweetener.
You can use goji berries instead of cranberries, if you so desire.
