Avocado Mash | Not Quite Guacamole | Spread, Dip or Salad

Take a large avocado, or the equivalent of smaller ones, 2 spring onions (scallions), finely chopped, a little salt and a good squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Mash them coarsely together with a wooden spoon. Taste and adjust the salt and lime juice as needed.

Serve with thinly sliced radishes as a salad, in a bowl as a dip or spread, or pile onto sourdough toast and top with the radish slices.

Enjoy!
